Privacy Policy
This policy describes how Marvin kits handles information when you buy or download our digital products. Checkout and payment processing are handled by Creem (merchant of record). Creem’s own privacy terms also apply to payment data.
What we collect
- Purchase details Creem shares with us after a sale (for example name, email, order id, product purchased, and amount).
- Messages you send to our support email.
- Basic technical logs if we host a store or download page (for example IP address, browser type, and timestamps), only as needed to run the site and prevent abuse.
We do not ask for government ID, payment card numbers, or Alipay credentials. Those stay with Creem or your payment provider.
How we use information
- Deliver the digital download and order confirmation.
- Answer support questions and fix delivery problems.
- Keep records needed for accounting, chargebacks, and legal compliance.
- Improve the product based on anonymized feedback.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use purchase emails for unrelated marketing lists unless you clearly opt in later.
Sharing
- Creem processes payments and may share order details needed to fulfill your purchase.
- Service providers we use only to host files, email, or the storefront, under instructions that limit use to providing that service.
- Legal requests when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or fraud prevention.
Retention
We keep order and support records as long as needed for fulfillment, accounting, dispute handling, and legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.
Your choices
Email marvinkits@mail.grokbot.com to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you, subject to legal retention needs. For payment-method data, contact Creem or your payment provider.
Children
Products are aimed at adults running freelance or consulting work. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy for future purchases.
